Terms & Conditions – Puplaza

Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Puplaza and the customer.

Products
Products can be ordered in standard sizes or, in some cases, custom-made. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 16:59 on business days are usually shipped the same day.
Average delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is one business day. Puplaza is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns
Customers may return products within 14 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error by Puplaza.

Liability
Puplaza is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse or improper handling of products. Always follow the provided care and safety instructions.

Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us — we’ll offer a suitable solution or replacement.

Complaints
Have a complaint? Contact support@puplaza.com. We’ll respond within two business days and aim to resolve the issue promptly.

Applicable Law
All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law.
