Shipping & Delivery Policy – Puplaza

At Puplaza, we make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with care — because your furry friend shouldn’t have to wait too long!

Delivery Time
For the Netherlands and Belgium: orders placed before 16:59 on business days are shipped the same day. Most deliveries arrive within one business day.
For other EU countries, delivery typically takes two to five business days.

Carriers
All orders are shipped with trusted partners such as PostNL, DPD, and GLS. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code via email to follow your package.

Important Information
Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
If you haven’t received your order within three business days (NL/BE), contact us via email or Instagram.
