Return & Refund Policy – Puplaza

We hope you’re happy with your order from Puplaza.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order (or part of it) within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it. Once your return has been registered, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Returns must be made within the stated period.
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is due to our mistake.

How to Return
Email us at support@puplaza.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Pack your items securely, preferably in the original packaging, and send them to the return address provided in our reply.
Once your return has been received and approved, your payment will be refunded within five business days using the same payment method used for your purchase.

Exceptions
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
